Q. How do I use the checkout system ?'
At the bottom of each model page you will see drop down menus. Select the color of the body you desire and the color of the hardware you desire. Then click checkout. This will take you to a review page. Make sure all data on this page is correct and click checkout. You will then open a Pay Pal™ gateway. Proceed with entering your data as guided on their page.
Q. Is Pay Pal™ Safe?
Pay Pal™ is 1 of the industry leaders in security, go to www.paypal.com for more information. All information regarding your purchase minus shipping data and the item you ordered is housed on the Pay Pal™ server. We do NOT ever have access to your credit card information. All information we do have is totally confidential and is never given out to anybody for any reason.
Q. Do I need a Pay Pal™ account to purchase ?
No. If you have an existing Pay Pal™ account you may log in and use their payment system, however it is not necessary for purchase. On the gateway page click on continue without logging in. They accept all major payment cards.
Q. Do you charge for shipping ?'
Unfortunately due to the rising cost of shipping we are going to now start to charge additional for shipping. It will be calculated at the time of purchase on the final checkout stage.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order ?'
All of our guitars are made to order. In other words we do not stock. Therefore, allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. This allows for the time to build it, pack and ship it to your door.
Q. Is my order insured ?'
Yes. All of our orders shipped via UPS are sent insured. If an order is damaged in shipping, your order will be replaced at no cost to you. If your purchase arrives damaged, contact us immediately. Our contact info can be found Here.
